Before You Buy

We provide detailed product descriptions, accurate sizing, high-resolution images, and demo videos where available. 60-Day Warranty

All products are covered by a 60-day after-sales warranty. Should any non-human defect or quality issue arise within this period, we’ll offer a free replacement service. Your satisfaction and safety are our priority.

Order Cancellation

We typically dispatch orders within 16 hours.
  • Before dispatch: Email us at support@sexchair.co.uk to cancel your order free of charge.
  • After dispatch: Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel once the parcel has left our facility. However, you may return the product at your own cost. Please email us for the correct return address.

Delivery Issues

Our parcels are shipped via FedEx/UPS, and we do not recommend using a P.O. Box. To avoid delays or loss, please provide a complete physical address. Note: Couriers may leave packages at your door if no one is home. Please monitor your tracking link and check promptly after delivery.

Return Requests

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept unopened items in original packaging and condition. This ensures every product we deliver is brand new and hygienic. Returns will not be accepted for any opened or used item unless it is defective.
Return Procedure:
  1. Email support@sexchair.co.uk within 60 days of purchase with a photo of the unopened item.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address.
  3. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Please allow 3–4 weeks for us to receive and process your return. Contact us anytime for status updates.

Examples of Non-Defect Returns (Not Covered by Free Return):

  • Duplicate orders placed in error
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item purchased
  • No longer needed
  • Price-related returns
